Great Advice! As a designer and illustrator who's been working solo for over 15 years I too have learned these crucial motivators. After all, nobody but you is going to create your next great drawing, so get to it!
Absolutely! Glad the advice resonated with what you've found too. Getting paid has always been a great motivator for getting work done and delivered, but the personal projects and things that "I'll do when I have time" or "it would be nice" just need to get put on a list and done, little by little.
